I want to Stop the Sale of a Specific Product

Choose how you want to restrict the sale of unavailable products:

Stop the product from displaying in the app	Go to the NMC > Products > search for and load the product > Selling Info tab > Select the Hidden check box.
Use a manual process	Go to the NMC > Products > search for and load the product. Either move the product to a SOLD OUT category OR precede the product name with ZZZ to move the product to the bottom of the list on the app.

Contact NomadPOS to map the hidden flag in the back-end for your solution. These options are not passed through to the app by default.

There is nothing in the NMC user interface to configure for this option.

All visible products show available for sale, irrespective of the stock levels at your location/store.
Hidden products are usually products needed for setup, such as gift card. You naturally don't want to show these on the app.
